Straightforward pricing
I believe in straightforward, predictable pricing. Because every home has its own unique requirements, I offer different pricing models to suit the scope of your project.
Service Calls
For small repairs and minor tasks, service calls start at $250, which includes travel and the first two hours of diagnostic or repair work.
Full-Day Punch List Package
For real estate agents and homeowners prepping for market or needing to tackle large “to-do” lists in one go, I offer a dedicated day rate of $800 prioritized for efficient project completion.
Specialty & Custom Projects
For larger, more complex jobs, I provide a comprehensive fixed-price quote and keep the communication clear throughout the project. This way, you know exactly what the job will cost before we strike a single nail and there are no surprises on your final invoice.

I have over 20 years of experience across residential construction, finish carpentry, professional house painting, and even wooden boat building and yacht interiors.
